For example, we’re generous with feedback. Millennials typically follow up with us in the days after their interviews, and we’re ready to provide constructive feedback during these conversations. When we conduct our second round of interviews, we observe which candidates have adopted our suggestions to improve their chances of hire.
We model Golden Events Group values at all times. When we interview people, for instance, we demonstrate our commitment to transparency. We clearly articulate our processes, the benefits we offer our people, our office culture, and more. Anyone who does their homework online can see that we are honest and open with information.
Our interviews also consist of open-ended questions. With such inquiries, we give applicants ample opportunity to share their interests and ideas with us. The more we learn about them, the more we find out about their workstyles and overall mind-sets. We only speak for about 30 percent of each interview, preferring to listen intently to the person on the other side of the table.
