Philanthropy is one of the pillars of our Golden Events Group culture, as it helps us find greater meaning in our work while building camaraderie with our colleagues. This Halloween, we decided to combine our passion for giving back with some spooky fun, and built a carnival for the kids on our team.
With face painting, carnival games, and (of course) some trick-or-treating, it was a night to remember. We had a great time, but most importantly we got to spend the evening putting smiles on children’s faces. We love to be able to plan giveback events like this around holidays – we build memories that last a lifetime, as we boost morale around the office.
To make sure our Golden Events Group charitable events have as much positive impact on the community and our team as possible, we follow a few simple guidelines. For instance, everyone has a say when deciding what cause we’ll support. We make these decisions as a group, which means we’re all firmly committed to getting positive results.
Also, especially when it comes to planning something with a holiday theme, we’re careful to be aware of all the different ways people celebrate. For instance, we take dietary restrictions into account for luncheons and potlucks, and make sure any decorations we use are pleasing to all.
We’re proud to be a company that prioritizes the wellbeing of our community. Learn more about our philanthropy program by liking Golden Events Group on Facebook.
